Porto was once again voted Best European Destination by European Consumers Choice, an international, Brussels-based organisation. After a three-week online voting period, Porto won the title, with 14.8% of the votes, beating other major European cities. Zagreb, Vienna, Nicosia, Budapest, Madeira Island, Milan, Madrid, Berlin and Rome are the next destinations for a city-trip holiday in 2014.
